BC Range - Industrial Ductless Fume Cupboards
Re-circulating ductless fume cabinets for Industry.
For effective removal of chemical fumes, vapours
and particulates.
No ducting is required, therefore installation costs
are kept to a minimum.
Portability of these cabinets enables positioning in
the optimum location, less walking around the
laboratory thereby substantially reducing risk.
Safer for the environment, no pollution to the
atmosphere, filters are removed and bagged for
documented and accredited disposal.
Quiet operation, less than 50d(B)A and low power
consumption.
The cabinets are manufactured from polyester coated steel. Aluminium uprights are anodised for added protection, offering exceptional structural strength to support the 8mm thick transparent panels which are highly corrosion resistant and easy to clean in the event of accidental spillage. Front door flaps are hinged to enable easy access for larger items of equipment. The rear of the cabinet may be a clear panel or polyester coated white panel, this is offered as a no cost option.

Filter Selection
Chemical without particulates
Filter types OS and H+ are suitable for most Organic vapours and acid handling, however we Recommend:-
H+ filter where acid vapours predominate
F filter where formaldehyde predominates
AM filter where ammonia predominates
RI HEPA when radioactive iodone is used
Add a HEPA filter when particulates are used
Services Kit
Cold water, gas and drainage available all with flexible hoses and snaptite connections
Fixed or mobile support frames available with or without storage cabinets.
