Outer carcass fabricated from zintec mild steel, powder coated in textured matt white (RAL 9016) epoxy paint.

Smooth rounded front edge profile.

Designed, manufactured and installed to meet the requirements of BS7258 Parts 1 - 4 and BS EN 14175

Double 6mm toughened glass sashes, counter balanced on slim- line weights running on corrosion resistant nylon pulleys.

Removable front Air Bypass Grille.

Sash stop set at 500mm and 125mm.

55W fluorescent low energy light fitting.

Light switch located on front of support frame or cabinet.

Back baffle easily removable for cleaning and maintenance.

Generally most fume cupboards will require the following services:-

230V/20A electrical supply ( connect to our pre-wired junction box in the top of the fume cupboard )

Drainage ( 38mm vulcathene )

Water, gas etc terminated with flexible hoses complete with 1/4"BSP male or female thread.

A suitable extract system.
