Laminar Flow Cabinets ( Product Protection )

Note: Airflow travels downwards and out of the cabinet to protect the product in the chamber, this cabinet does not extract fumes.

VLF models are Vertical Laminar Flow cabinets supplied with fluorescent lighting, HEPA filters and easy change pre-filters.

HLF models are Horizontal Flow cabinets supplied with rolled edge stainless steel work surface, fluorescent lighting, HEPA filters and easy change pre-filters.

Filter seals are under negative pressure to prevent leaks into the cabinet. All cabinets offer a face velocity of 0.35m/sec. The cabinets are constructed from zintec mild steel that has been epoxy coated to prevent corrosion, with 6mm acrylic side walls and toughened glass protective front screen.

Overhead intensity lighting is provided as standard ( > 1000Lux ) to ensure even illumination of the working area. The fans are large diameter, high performance units with variable speed. This ensures the cabinets are quiet in operation.
